Hawaiian Bar-B-Que

Hungry hotel guests and walk-in clients can eat at the hotel restaurant called Hawaiian Bar-B-Que which is located at the hotel's dining area.

On the menu are fruit infused meat BBQs and seafood dishes concocted by chef restaurateur Happy Ongpauco-Tiu and her husband Dexter Tiu.

Happy who is in-charge of the hotel operation and kitchen is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley and comes from the Ongpauco clan who gave the country a great tasting Filipino food from the Barrio Fiesta Group of Companies.

Happy also operates and runs her own chain of restaurant that consists of World Topps, Bento Box, Sake Lab and Happy Carts.

At Hawaiian Bar-B-Que, best sellers are the Bouillabaise Soup, Volcanic Wings, Aloha Seafood Special, Kahlua Pork Belly, Pineapple Shrimp Curry and the famous Original Baby Back ribs!

They also serve all day breakfast to cater to the hotel's guests.

Aside from Tagaytay, you will find the Hawaiian Bar-B-Que in Boracay, where it all started! You'll get the Hawaiian Luau feel, the majestic view, and of course the beautiful sunset.
